Additionally they need to know “IBN” of your Bank in London. They asked me to send for you “outgoing wire transfer request" according to their practices and standards.(enclose file)

Насколько это соответствует желаемой фразе: Мы отправили на согласование в наш банк инструкцию по платежам, которую вы нам отправили. К сожалению, наш анк не работает по формам МТ100 И МТ103, только по форме А. Более того, им необходимо знать ибн вашего банка в Лондоне. По их просьбе, высылаю вам вложенным файлом“outgoing wire transfer request", который соответствует практике и стандартам их работы.

правда тут ошибка в русском тексте, ИБН это не номер банка а номер банковоского счета клиента.

также когда вы пишете review обратно на русский получается "рассмотрение", но тут наверное небольшая смысловая ошибка, которой можно пренебречь.

тоже такая небольшая вещь, но вас поймут все равно правильно.
если вы отсылаете что-то в письме, вкладывая это в конверт - to enclose (вложить)
если вы отослали приложение электронной почтой, лучше использовать to attach (приложить, прикрепить)

...forms MT101 and MT103 are not applicable...

Please find attached the outgoing wire transfer request consistent with (their) standards and procedures.
