у меня перевод терминов
Lost Time Injuries и Lost Workday Case вызывает затруднения... в мультитране - значения одинаковые, по контексту - не разобрать... подскажите пожалуйста, в чем разница???

1. Lost workday cases involving days away from work are cases
resulting in days the employees would have worked but could not because of the job-related injury or illness. The focus of these cases is on the
employee's inability, because of injury or illness, to be present in the
work environment during his or her normal work shift.

1.1 Lost workday cases involving days of restricted work activity
are those cases where, because of injury or illness, (1) the employee was
assigned to another job on a temporary basis, or (2) the employee worked
at a permanent job less than full time, or (3) the employee worked at his
or her permanently assigned job but could not perform all the duties
normally connected with it.

2. Lost time injuries occur when an employee sustains a work-related injury, which results in lost time from work after the day of the accident.
