"X is granted the same free juridical position as described"

The Agency warrants that all works which shall be done in connection with the present contract are not burdened with proprietary rights, work protection or any other rights of third parties and that the Company, if third parties rights are affected, is granted the same free juridical position as described under item 4.2. through item 4.5. of the present article. If such position cannot be granted in extraordinary cases then the Agency has to notify the Company in writing on such issue prior to the implementation of the advertising measure.
