Вот из нашего типового двуязычного договора: This Contract has been executed in the English and Russian languages in two (2) equally valid counterparts. In case of any discrepancy between the Russian and the English wording of the Contract, the Russian wording of the contract shall prevail. |
| 2 counterparts - бугогого! Just "copies" will suffice. Or even better: ...in two(or more) authentic copies in English and Russian, both languages being equal. In case of any discrepancies Russian version shall have prevailance. |
| Копию можно снять на ксероксе, а экземпляр договора имеет печать и подпись. Ну и текст писали американские лоеры, а не я. |
