Subject: Beheersmaatschappij - голландский Коллеги, вот в наименовании многих юридических лиц из Нидерландов встречается такая штука: "Beheersmaatschappij"Я не силен в голландском, но есть подозрение, что это слово подразумевает организационно-правовую форму или организационную (НЕ правовую) форму (допустим trust) Словари все молчат почему-то, ведь вроде бы известный науке зверь... Надеюсь, услышать компетентное мнение... Спасибо! |
