| All other provisions of the Contract/Agreement which were not cahnged/amended/altered by this contract/agreement, shall remain unchanged/unaltered/unamended. |

У нас вот такое клише используется. Except as otherwise provided for in this (напр Addendum), all terms and conditions of the Contract shall remain in full force and effect. |
