It could be different cases to say that. The point is that it was not said "to use it for your health" the meaning is You are free to use it whatever it is or You should not hesitate to use it |

mother actually the reason i asked is becasue i said it to a co-worker (in russian) right now and she looked at me really weird, so i thought maybe i said something really stupid or horribly wrong. but now i am convinced she jsut didnt get the joke. |
