sorry I did not mean to have mislead U, apparently, to believe the definition below it is one and the same thing: trustor -- an individual who establishes a trust by giving property to a trustee for the benefit of another. Also called a settlor. |

gogolesque: извините, но, чувствую, зря я сюда влезла, так как тема довольно... специфическая. Тут лучше со знающими лоерами разбираться. Единственное, приведу выдержку из Black's Law Dictionary: settlor - one who sets up a trust. Also termed creator, donor, trustor, grantor, founder. |

Accordingly, its derivatives are also irrelevant. Moreover, trustee is the opposite of 'trustor', 'settlor', 'grantor'. If 'trust management' is nonsense, one has to figure out first what makes sense in terms of the underlying legal arrangement and then to look for right names of its parties. |

would you say Subscriber of Trust Management? Trustor of Trust Management? do you need to use "of trust management" at all? |

I like Subscriber. It seems that serious lawyers do not recognize 'trust management' though the term is widely used in Russia. One more lead (may be false, it is all up to lawyers): fiduciary - it is from continental law, closer to Russian. |

У меня есть подозрение, что там вовсе не "trust management", а речь идет об обычном asset management с трастом у нас, конечно, путаница, видимо, для ДОВЕРИТЕЛЬНОГО управления другого слова не нашлось, кроме как trust |

1. я только как затравку для обсуждения это поставляю, а не как образец. 2. trust management так же возникло, кто-то первый написал, не вникая сильно, и пошло, и теперь не избавиться. 3. нет времени, а то бы поискал и в Европе и elsewhere. мне кажется это близко к фр. gestion fiduciaire - том тоже никаких trust нет, а доверительно управляют. |
