| Нужен контекст. Иногда и downstream пойдет, и treatment/processing/refining покатит. |

to military 10-4 is a trustworhty source with much more profound knowledge of the subject. as to my initial response it does not imply that oil cannot be reformed not after my non-eventual visit to one of Russina refineries anyway. Be a good boy Vlad, don't pick on me. |

да сдаюсь я.. nicht schissen. oils can be reformed, izomerized, cracked, alkylated etc.. но это частности, которые, выходит, все есть суть - refining. ну чтож. торжественно исключаю из своего обихода выражение "oil processing". |
| Можно еще в энциклопедию заглянуть. Иначе - все прИвратно... |
