В инструкции к расходомеру Кориолиса.Раздел про выявление и устранение неисправностей.Контекст следующий:
Erratic flow rate
Symptom:
The flowmeter indicates the flow rate is varying, even though it is steady.

Checking for mounting stress on the flowmeter.
Because each installation is unique, it is not possible to offer a definitive solution for mounting problems. However, mounting stresses can be caused by one or more of the following conditions:
• The pipeline is being supported by (hung from) the flowmeter.
• Misaligned piping was drawn together by the flowmeter.
• An unsupported pipeline is not sturdy enough to support the flowmeter.

Если касательно Erratic flow rate я еще понимаю, что имеется в виду, но не могу сформулировать по русски, то насчет mounting stress - никаких идей.

erratic - сбивчивый

mounting stress - нарастающее стрессовое напряжение/нагрузка

Прочитайте внимательно свой текст и вы поймете, что речь про:
1) непостоянный, неустойчивый дебит
2) давление/напряжение со стороны крепления расходомера

имеется в виду давление/напряжение внутри трубопровода, или снаружи?

Давление, создаваемое деформацией трубы или от трубы исходящее:
