Subject: Type of Assets - Institution - C or I Уважаемые коллеги, очень нужна ваша помощь. Перевожу документ типа протокола проверки документов лиц, претендующих на льготы по социальному жилью (США). Речь об их assets - сколько чего у них имеется и соответствуют ли эти заявители условиям программы. И вот встретилось такое (это что-то типа анкеты, которую заполняют заявители):Type of Assets (Тип активов, я полагаю) Institution - ? Тут у меня нет никаких предположений C or I - тоже непонятно, что имеется в виду и как это перевести Буду благодарна за любые идеи. |

А в другом доке нашлось объяснение: Calculating Income from Assets When Assets Exceed $5,000 • When net family assets are more than $5,000, annual income includes the greater of the following: – Actual income from assets; or – A percentage of the value of family assets based upon the current passbook savings rate as established by HUD. This is called imputed income from assets. The passbook rate is currently set at 2%. • To begin this calculation first add the cash value of all assets • To begin this calculation, first add the cash value of all assets. Multiply the total cash value of all assets by .02. The product is the “imputed income” from assets. Then, add the actual income from all assets. The greater of the imputed income from assets or the actual income from assets is included in the calculation of annual income. – “Imputed” means “attributed” or “assigned.” Imputing income from assets is “assigning” an amount of income solely for the sake of the annual income calculation. The imputed income is not real income. |

Спасибо большое! Да, я тоже думаю, что это Current или Imputed (потом как раз идут эти два пункта, но уже полностью расшифрованные). Но остался вопрос по поводу Institution... Может, кто-нибудь что-нибудь предположит? |

| Можно, конечно, в лоб написать "институционный доход". Есть такое в русском. Но это не юридический документ, а простая анкета, поэтому "пассивный доход" (от инвестиций) как раз то, что надо. |
