Спасибо всем за ответы. В результате общего обсуждения на двух форумах получилась следующая конструкция: In any event the Firm shall be entitled not to process or proceed with any service or projects if it is required to expend disbursements which will make the balance of the Deposit less than €1000. Подходит ли такой вариант для текста договора? |
