Have you copied it correctly? If so, just looking at the grammar, 'bank authorizations letters' (with 'authorizations' in the plural) isn't correct. 'bank authorizations' is correct, but if you add 'letters' to it, 'authorizations' would normally be reduced to the singular -- 'bank authorization letters' -- regardless of whether there was 1 authorization per letter, or several authorizations per letter. This is standard/very common in English. If you search Google, you'll find that: "bank authorization letters" [including the quotation marks] = 11,200 hits; "bank authorizations letters" [including the quotation marks] = 1 hit. (The 11,200 hits above also include plenty of articles explaining exactly what 'bank authorization letters' are/what they look like/how they work). |

'bank authorizations letters and consents': Perhaps, they omitted a comma and it should be ' bank authorizations, letters and consents'? If my guess is correct, it should be 'банковские доверенности, письма и согласия'. |

It could be, although 'bank authorization letter(s)' seems to be a valid term. The original may tell you. How's your Italian...?
