Помогите, пожалуйста, разобраться в правовом термине - Parental Rights Pending Adoption.

Встречается в решении окружного суда США (штат Флорида) по вопросу усыновления (муж усыновляет детей жены), где говорится, что к делу приобщено согласие биологической матери, а также следующий документ - Default Final Judgment on Petition ToTerminate Parental Rights Pending Adoption.

Правильно ли я понимаю, что Default Final Judgment on Petition ToTerminate Parental Rights Pending Adoption это окончательное заочное (ответчик не пришел на заседание и решение было принято в его отсутствие) решение по ходатайству о лишении родительских прав в отношении усыновляемых детей? Или как корректнее сформулировать данную часть "Parental Rights Pending Adoption"?
