I'm not at all sure and I haven't seen the full context -- but could a 'round' here perhaps refer to an action which is performed repeatedly or as part of a series of such actions? Examples of use: * 'bidding rounds' (when companies tender for sth at regular intervals); * 'the Government has announced a third round of tax cuts' (=the third in a series of such cuts). That's just a wild guess, though -- nothing more. |
