Вопрос к At 3 months after! как перевести? Через 3 месяца после визита исходного уровня или На 3-м месяце... Т.е. сколько должно пройти времени? 3 месяца или 2??

'at' as a preposition of time привязывается к particular time/age

например, про возраст малышей говорят baby at three months (after birth)=ребенок в три месяца (т.е. полных 3мес с момента рождения)....

выражение срока через at в сети употребляется, в основном, в медицине at three months after (surgery/test/stroke/etc)

по аналогии с первым, предположу, что речь про наступление/прошествие полных трех месяцев с момента события №1 - первичного осмотра (baseline visit).

'at' here implies 'at a point in time of 3 months (after the birth)'.

It's a bit like referring to (say) the distance markers on a road or those on marathons telling you how far you've run.

Example 1: A distance marker on a half-marathon telling the competitors they've run 19km:

Example 2: An old milepost at the side of a road 21 miles from Leeds, Yorkshire (northern England):

Another example:

* 'At 12 months [of age] I started to grow hair. At 5 years [of age] I began primary school. At 11 years [of age] I began secondary school' etc.

'Через 3 месяца после ....' -- yes.

'На 3-м месяце....' -- no.

You can almost omit 'At' from your example and just write '3 months after your Baseline Visit', and the meaning will be the same.

'at a point in time of 3 months (after the birth)' => 'at a point in time of 3 months (after the Baseline Visit)'
