For this purpose, the appointed attorney is authorized to intervene in the stipulation of the deed of sale, sign it, agree on all the agreements and conditions, better describe the property specifying its consistency, boundaries and cadastral data, also by rectifying those listed above, determine the price, setting terms and payment methods, including by taking on or taking out a loan, paying it, having a receipt for the amount paid, requesting tax concessions and making all the tax and other declarations required by law for acts of this type, also in the form of a substitutive declaration of notoriety. The appointed attorney is therefore authorized to carry out everything necessary and appropriate for the exact fulfillment of this mandate, even if not expressly indicated here, with a promise of installment and valid and to be completed in a single context.
