I suspect that the wording and punctuation in the underlined section are imperfect and that instead of: * 'recommended resale prices to its franchisees, which, through an annex expressly stipulated, were ........' it should probably read: * 'recommended resale prices to its franchisees which, as an annex [to the agreements/to one of the agreements] expressly stipulated, were ........'. |
