Subject: Как сказать "занести ногу перед ударом"? Добрый день! Как описать на английском это движение, когда, например, футболист отводит ногу назад перед ударом по мячу? Как бы замахиваясь ногой? (Я и на русском-то затрудняюсь это сформулировать :))) Lift a foot не подходит, т.к. это вверх а не назад. Заранее спасибо!
