Subject: замечания к Работам
Из акта приема-передачи выполненных работ:

В случае наличия претензий, Заказчик перечисляет недостатки, замечания к Работам и указывает срок их устранения Исполнителем, либо указывает о самостоятельном устранении недостатков/замечаний.

...

Хотел написать comments или observations (concerning, with respect to...), но не пойдет (" указывает о самостоятельном устранении недостатков/замечаний"), поскольку comments нельзя устранить...

М.б., the Customer specifies [any] faults and limitations found in the completed Work or informs the Contractor that  the Customer will independently eliminate (remedy, cure?) such  faults/limitations...

Заранее спасибо.

Concerns/issues, которые сначала raised (in respect of any Work items), а потом – rectified/cured/addressed. А так-то я в мультитране даже, кажется, "remove notes" находил

Видел punch list, не считаю, что он здесь подойдет (хотя бы грамматически).

concerns - согласен.

По-моему, подходящих слов - множество. Навскидку: drawback, fault, flaw, negative, detect...  Можно и ещё подыскать.

'In the event of a claim, the Customer will list any shortcomings found in the Work and will either i) specify a time limit within which the Contractor must (rectify/remedy) such shortcomings, or else ii) will notify the Contractor that he (the Customer) will arrange himself for the shortcomings to be (rectified/remedied).'

'shortcomings' is a good word to use here, as it includes both work which has been done but not to the required standard, as well as things which should have been done, but haven't been done at all.

I wouldn't use 'eliminate' here, as it sounds a bit too dramatic: you don't really eliminate (wipe out) a fault, you correct/rectify/remedy it. Note the term 'remedial work', which covers situations such as this. Also I wouldn't use 'cure' here, as it tends to be used more in medical contexts -- eg 'a cure for coronavirus' / 'to cure s.o. of their gambling habit'.

To johnstephenson: here's the big issue with "замечания": this word means comments or feedback, not shortcomings or anything, but any engineer will know that this feedback is never positive and deals strictly with nonconformities (this is the word used in the tech world, and this is what's rectified, or remedied, or cured, and the latter word, medical as it may sound, is widely used in both technical and legal contexts where it means just that: remedial action). I choose to distinguish between "замечание" and "несоответствие" (for which there exists a dedicated acronym, "НС"), which is why my bet is on "issues raised/observed"

To hi-muckety-muck: OK -- but I thought 'comments'/'observations' sounded a bit weak in English for the same reason Alex gave: "comments нельзя устранить". How about something like 'address any issues raised/observed'? Will leave it to you.

I'll take your word re 'cure'. I've translated a few legal texts in my time (Ru-En only) but I wasn't a specialist legal translator and hadn't come across it.

johnstephenson, thanks for answering. The Russian expression is an ellipsis, after all, you can't actually remedy ('eliminate' if calqued from Russian) comments or feedback, what's actually remedied are deficiencies (nonconformities) made known to the remediating party in the comments (feedback). This is the procedure: you deliver your work, collect feedback, and then take remedial action (rinse and repeat)
