Except differently agreed in the subcontract, the documents listed below, referred to as “Excepted Reference”, or collectively as “Excepted References”, shall be deemed as incorporated by reference in the subcontract and any provision hereof shall be adhered to by the subcontractor to the extent applicable to the subcontract works and to the extent it is practically possible.
