| акции займа точно не надо. у вас тут целая фраза loan stock fundraising , и речь, очевидно, о привлечении финансирования под залог акций. Interest of 100% вызывает очень сильные сомнения |

| Тут нет никакого залога акций. Обычно loan stock переводят как облигации (я бы так написал) или долговые обязательства, это чисто долговая тема. Могут конвертироваться в акции, если они convertible |

Как-то я на британские источники напал, где loan stock = loan notes = debentures, т. е. просто долговые инструменты (см. https://uk.practicallaw.thomsonreuters.com/4-107-6780?transitionType=Default&contextData=(sc.Default)&firstPage=true&bhcp=1 http://www.shares.coop/faqs/what-about-loan-stocks/), а эти ресурсы, где про выпуск акций в обеспечение займа, проглядел. Но в таких штуках часто никакого залога/обеспечения нет, с обеспечением – это частный случай |
| Stock здесь -- это "общая сумма". Разговор идет не о "stock vs. bond", а о "stock vs. flow". |

"Interest of 100% вызывает очень сильные сомнения" - имхо, знаки препинания отсутствуют)) и целиком д.б. так - Interest of 100% on capital amount invested - формулировка все равно странная, вероятно, про инвестирование процентов |

Вопрос в юрисдикции. США - акции (отсюда определения на accounting tools & investopedia). В Великобритании (и нередко в ЕС) stock (по моим наблюдениям) используется в значении "ценные бумаги" или "долговые ценные бумаги" (облигации). Мое подозрение - коньтекст-таки британский. в Oxford Dictionary of Business English loan stock определен как "stock that pays interest rather than dividends" - а приведенное в примере ниже convertible loan stock - a loan to a company in the form of bonds that can later be exchanged for shares under certain conditions пример из сети (по ключевым словам).
