It's written in shorthand English, which often omits articles, conjunctions and other words -- just to confuse translators! Shorthand is often used in internal documents (used within organisations), in brief notes where it's not considered important to use correct English, and in some places where there is limited space. Here, for example, * 'If more than one supplier is providing' has been shortened to 'If more than one supplier providing', * 'implement the actions identified in the guideline' has been shortened to 'implement actions identified in guideline', and * '?Carry out an? audit/requalification ...... depending on the nature of the non-conformance' has been shortened to 'Audit/requalification ...... depending on nature of non-conformance'. Unfortunately I'm not sure what 'part' means here, so I'll leave it to 10-4 and others to guess/work out. |
| Ну да, здесь только гадать на кофейной гуще. Возможно, речь идёт об изготовлении каких-то деталей сторонними поставщиками (и о выполнении неких операций ("процессов") субподрядными организациями). |
