При переводе Генеральной доверенности, составленной в ОАЭ, возникли вопросы:

1. Ivan Ivanov, holder of D/L No. 111111. Что такое D/L? 

2. To establish and construct shops, to enter in the same, purchase cash and kind shares, to sell and assign from the same. 

Enter in - регистрировать?

Purchase cash - покупать наличные или за наличные?

Kind shares? 

Assign from?

3. To act in the trade, professional, tourism license by assignment or mortgage to herself - Действовать на основании лицензии?

4.  ... confirmation to receive the value of the selling by cheques and incash (слитно) the same from banks. Не очень понимаю смысл предложения.

Purchase cash -   purchase cash ( shares)  and kind shares 

cash shares - доли в ден. выражении, вероятно

Kind shares =  In-kind shares   - доли в нат. выражении, имхо
