To consider, settle, approve, sign, execute, deliver and/or issue all agreements, documents, certificates and instruments (all whether as a deed or not) which the Attorney in his absolute discretion considers desirable in connection with any commercial transaction in, or relating to, the considers desirable for the Company (Transactions) including, without limitation, the following documents: sale and purchase of row diamonds operation, the Attorney may agree (Documents).В целом суть понятна и всё переводится достаточно просто, но вот следующую часть этого абзаца никак не получается красиво перевести: "..with any commercial transaction in, or relating to, the considers desirable.." Немного запутался в синтаксисе, поэтому прошу помощи, насколько это возможно. |

| leka11, вот и я тоже так подумал, потому что у меня совсем не вяжется что-то. Но хотелось бы еще пару мнений на всякий случай увидеть. |

имхо, предложение должно выглядеть след. образом To consider, settle, approve, sign, execute, deliver and/or issue all agreements, documents, certificates and instruments (all whether as a deed or not) which the Attorney in his absolute discretion considers desirable for the Company in connection with or relating to any commercial transaction (Transactions) including, without limitation, the following documents: sale and purchase of row diamonds operation, the Attorney may agree (Documents). |
