Beware of the Urban Dictionary. It has its uses for slang etc, but it contains a lot of rubbish and its definitions can be very unreliable and rambling. Also, many of the terms in it are used only by a handful of people and/or in just one geographical locality such as someone's street. That doesn't mean that they mean the same thing elsewhere. So, as Shumov says, context is all-important.

I've never heard of 'chad' except for its literal meaning of 'a very small piece of waste paper'. The UD definition given here is typically very wordy; distilled, it just means 'a person with a large ego, whom you greatly dislike'. The rest of the definition is just verbiage.

понторез — уже ближе. Это именно очень эгоистичный человек, подросток или студент, который "кидает понты", но трусливый и в целом безопасный, хотя и мерзкий.

Keep the mouth shut, put out the sex, and nothing more. Chad doesn't "do relationships." There's just too many other women vying for his services.

It's marvelous. The guy is all but telling her he only values her mouth for a fuckhole. Yet she is more than willing to keep on letting him use her. I'd like to laugh at this sort of idiocy, but I get fatigued every now and again. This is one of those times.
