Весь текст составлен как бы в шахматном порядке: "which governs" относится к Договору, который отстоит от "which governs" на полкилометра; тогда и "the terms of which" относится к Договору? "for the temporary occupancy", по логике составителей, относится не к framework, как мне показалось, а к "the terms and conditions of their cooperation"?.. |

Почему о двух? This Agreement - это XXX Watches Authorized Retailer Agreement (Travel Retail). Он определяется в тексте как the "Agreement"). Еще достойный перл "...the terms of which the Authorized Retailer has been duly informed by XXX". |
