In the event that individual provisions of this Contract become ineffective or unfeasible, the effectiveness of this Contract shall otherwise remain unaffected. The ineffective or unfeasible provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the purpose of the ineffective or unfeasible provision that was pursued by the contract Parties. The provisions above shall apply also in case the contract turns out to be incomplete.
