Should the bank not be in a position or procure the underlying items by way of purchase by such time as the Bank itself is obliged to make delivery on account of the claim made against it under an option written on behalf of the customer, the Bank shall be authorised to procure the required underlying items in some other way — for example, by way of a security loan — in order to bridge the period of time during which the delivery problems persist. The cost incurred thereby as well as any further damage caused by the delay shall also be borne by the customer.

Если Банк not be in a position or procure the базовые инструменты посредством приобретения до того времени, когда сам Банк обязан произвести поставку в связи с требованием, предъявленным в отношении него по опциону, проданному от имени клиента, Банк уполномочен предоставить необходимые базовые инструменты иным способом— например, посредством кредита под залог — для того, чтобы перекрыть период времени, в течение которого проблемы по поставке продолжают существовать.
