Cross web adjuster
The hand knob in the bottom right corner of the unit is the cross web adjuster. This adjustment alters the position of the die tool relative to the web. It is best to either adjust the cross web adjuster when the unit is in operation or when the tool is lifted to avoid ‘scuffing’ the web as the die tool may be in contact with the web. The handle should be turned clockwise to move the unit away from the operator and anti-clockwise to move it towards the operator. The unit can be adjusted +/- 5, each turn of the cross web adjuster moves the unit 1mm.
