Subject: сдать результат работ law Договор на разработку программного продукта № ____...Исполнитель обязуется осуществить по заданию Заказчика работы по разработке программного продукта, а также сдать результат работ, предусмотренный настоящим Договором, а Заказчик обязуется принять результат работ и оплатить такую передачу в порядке и на условиях... можно ли просто "The Contractor shall...deliver the work provided for \ specified in this Agreement to the Customer within the deadline..."? а work product не пойдет? "результат работ" - это разработанный программный продукт (иногда они его называют "произведение"). Спасибо. |
