это всего лишь disclaimer , который помещается в footer документа, вот и все
переведёте по отдельности, сложите - все получится

Что именно вызвало у Вас затруднение? Почему не просто "Подстрочное примечание (оговорка и т. д.)" (или "примечание в нижнем колонтитуле")?

It's the area at the bottom of a document page which is reserved for explanatory comments, additional information and/or the page number – as opposed to the 'header', which is the area at the top:

So a 'footer disclaimer' is just a disclaimer in a contract which is placed in a footer, as explained above by 48 and I. Havkin.
