Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:
As consideration for all services provided by the Agency to the Advertisers pursuant to this Agreement in relation to Schedule 4 Products, the Advertisers shall pay to the Agency a commission of 10.5% from 1st January to 31st December 2002 and 9.75% from 1st January 2003 of the Discounted Media Cost and of the production costs charged by the Agency to the Advertisers under the provisions of Clause 5.4 below. (the “Commission”).

"Discounted Media Cost" means the cost of advertising media time or space purchased in connection with the Advertisements less all discounts, commissions, rebates or similar inducements or allowances given or allowed in connection with the purchase of such media time or space;

а как же все-таки перевести это по короче, потому что везде по тексту встречается в расчетах и т.п. ?
