Здравствуйте. Не могу понять... без вас никак...
Оригинал: 3.1. Тривалість Строку оренди за цим Договором оренди встановлено Сторонами в пункті 4 Додатку № 1 до цього Договору.

Может, это несущественно, но если после существительного стоит номер, то перед сущ. артикль не нужен ИМХО.

Да, и вверху, как подсказывает Jerk, надо убрать артикль перед Article No.795
