| Сразу не обратил внимание, но у вас regulations написано оба раза с опечаткой, а также вероятно лишний артикль перед production lots (см. контекст). |

| Об obligation иногда говорят introduced. Но мне кажется, следует прислушаться к кактусу в том смысле, что фразу можно переиначить. |
