Очень ИМХО: компенсация погрешности комнатной температуры 0,05 гр. Цельсия на каждый градус Ц изменения. Сообщения: за пределами шкалы (высокая и низкая), неправальная опускание(м.б. зонд вставлен, вошел неверно), зонд открыт

Защита на схеме переключения поляности и короткого замыкания.
