'Дом' always causes problems when translating into English, so why not use 'properties'? It includes houses and apartments, and is the standard term used in adverts etc. And if by 'посредники' it just means estate agents and letting agents, you can use 'agents', which covers both. If it's an advert and is directed at property OWNERS, you could use:
* 'Agent-free properties to let' or
* 'Letting (of) agent-free properties' or
* 'Letting properties/your property without an agent',
depending on the exact context. If it's an advert directed at potential TENANTS, you could use:
* 'Agent-free properties to let/to rent' (they mean the same in this case)
* 'Renting agent-free properties' or
* 'Renting a property without an agent',
again depending on the exact context. (The letting is done by the owner; the renting is done by the tenant).
