LB (for pound (weight), from the Latin 'libra') is nearly always written in lower case: 1 lb, 2 lb, a 3-lb test etc. 'lbs' is also often used as the (unofficial) plural form, eg 2 lbs. |

| If '3 LB' here does mean 'pounds per square inch', it should really have been written '3 lb(s)/sq. inch' or, more commonly, '3 psi'. |
