The reason you can't understand it, is that English = 5/10.

* 'brainstorm' is only the right word to use if there are several people involved, as it means 'to get together to discuss how to solve a problem or to jointly think of new ideas'. If there's just one person involved, the author means 'think of'.

Also,
* 'Some example questions' => 'Some examples of questions'.
* 'Resources' doesn't need a capital 'R' as it's not a proper noun. It's an instant giveaway that the text may have been written by someone in whose language nouns are normally capitalised -- such as German.
* Likewise, Russian and French speakers often write 'english language/russian language' when it should be 'English language/Russian language'.
* 'the identified blocks what' => 'the blocks (you've?) identified. What' (Wrong word order and full stop missing).
* I don't know what 'blocks' means here. It probably just means 'obstacles'.

Yes, that could be a mistake as well. I don't know who 'their' refers to either, although the answer may be in the preceding paragraph. Otherwise it should be 'your'.

А кто мешает сказать "(Торопиться не надо/Не следует паниковать итп.")...проанализировать/разобрать по косточкам:) создавшееся положение и найти выход из явного тупика/найти решение обозначившихся/явных проблем?
