No payment by the Tenant or receipt by the Landlord of a lesser amount than the Base Rent and Additional Rent from time to time due hereunder shall be deemed to be other than an account of the earliest stipulated Base Rent and Additional Rent, nor shall any endorsement or statement on any cheque or any letter accompanying any cheque or payment of Base Rent or Additional Rent be deemed on accord and satisfaction, and the Landlord may accept such cheque or payment without prejudice to the Landlord’s right to recover the balance of such Base Rent or Additional Rent or pursue any other remedy provided in this Lease.

У меня получилось: Никакая уплата Арендатором и никакое получение Арендодателем суммы меньшей чем сумма Базовой арендной платы и Дополнительной арендной платы, причитающаяся по настоящему Договору в соответствующий момент, не считается ничем иным, кроме платежа в счет самой ранней установленной Базовой арендной платы и Дополнительной арендной платы…
