kqxu -- So you want a translation of 'Good Class Bungalow Area' rather than an expansion of 'GCBA'. Others may be able to help you with that, but it looks quite straightforward to me -- presumably, it's a part of a town/village/city that has 'good-class' bungalows in it. Note that 'good-class' and 'bad-class' aren't standard English adjectives, at least in the UK/US. Normally you'd say that something was 'first-/second-/third- etc class', or 'high-/medium-/low-class' OR, if you're talking about people and their social status, 'upper-/middle-/lower-/working-class' -- but not 'good-class'/'bad-class'. It good be a valid English term in Singapore, though.
