Subject: via an АКТА Express FPLC pharm. The protein-A antibody eluate was further purified by gel filtration (SEC). Forgel filtration, 3.5 mg of the antibody mixture was concentrated to 1.5mL and loaded onto a Sephadex 200 HiLoad 16/600 200 pg column (GE Healthcare) via an АКТА Express FPLC at a flow-rate of lmL/min. PBS buffer at pH 7.4 was used at a flow-rate of lmL/min.
