Пересмотрела все, ничего подобного не нашла в этом письме, что можно было бы так сократить( Спасибо за помощь! |

KAS это, по ходу, Kathleen A. Sandman. Так что, инициалы сотрудников +1. :) |

Reference Initials Reference initials (the writer's initials and the secretary's/typist's initials) appear two lines below the last line of the signature block and flush with the left margin. If only the secretary's/typist's initials are used, they are usually lowercase, e.g., rgn. If the writer's initials are included, they are in all capitals, followed by a slash mark or colon, and then followed by the secretary's /typist's initials in lower case, e.g., TLM/rgn or TLM:rgn. If the writer is different from the person sending the letter, the signer's initials should appear first, the writer's initials should appear next, and the secretary's/typist's initials should appear last: EBD/TLM/rgn |

There's no standardised way of creating a reference number for letters/documents in the UK/US -- every company/organisation has its own method. However, trtrtr's suggestion makes sense. 'joe' is probably the secretary/other person who typed the letter up after KAS dictated it. |

joe передать аналогично KAS (не Joseph!) enc. = прил. в тексте письма есть что-нибудь вроде please find enclosed? |

на этом форуме несколько лет назад мною был вылажен даже скриншот из учебника английского автора по деловой корреспонденции поиск по форуму должен помочь ее найти прискорбно, что такие учебники стали раритетами |
| Напишите как код и все. Если хотите, добавьте в скобках "с приложением" или что-нибудь в таком духе. |
