There are a number of measures available to the Facilities lenders in addition to enforcement of security that they may decide to deploy depending on the situation and that may not necessarily affect secured assets only. We have summarised some of those below and would recommend approaching local counsel to see if further measures are available in the relevant jurisdictions (primarily concentrating on jurisdictions where ХХХ group cash reserves are held or receivables are pooled).
