1. Стороны договорились, что на суммы любых денежных обязательств, возникающих из настоящего Договора, не будут начисляться никакие иные, помимо установленных настоящим Договором, неустойки и/или проценты, включая предусмотренные ст.317.1 ГК РФ.
2. Условия настоящего Дополнительного соглашения применяются к отношениям Сторон, возникшим с 01 июня 2015г.

Перевод:
1. The Parties agreed that the amounts of any monitory obligations arising from this Contract will not be a subject to any accruals of penalties and/or interests except those stipulated by the present Contract and including those stipulated by p.317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2. The conditions of the present Supplementary Agreement are applied to the relations of the Parties established in the 1st of June, 2015.
