Subject: convictions cleared or expunged gen.
Дорогие коллеги, помогите перевести один термин:

Information on any previous conviction recorded against directors/ the collective executive body members or the Supplier’s/Procurement Bidder’s chief accountant for economic crimes (excluding persons who have such convictions cleared or expunged), and punishment imposed on such individuals by depriving them of the right to hold specific posts or undertake certain activities, administrative punishment imposed by disqualification (for the last 2 years)

Из фразы "convictions cleared or expunged" - cleared - погашенные судимости?

Спасибо.

don't take my word for it but cleared usually means someone's been acquitted. Since your quote deals with convictions, perhaps a cleared conviction is one that has been quashed on appeal.

As opposed to an expungement which is where someone's criminal record has been destroyed after they served their time.
