Subject: PD, HT, and EP gen.
Уважаемые коллеги, с наступившим вас Новым Годом! Нужна ваша помощь:
Есть приложение к договору энергоснабжения о тарификации и в нем есть термины, указанные выше, контекст следующий:
Billing Provisions:
The NBT shall be included in distribution rates charged to customers taking service under the Residential, Small C&I and Street Lighting class rate schedules as described below. For Rates PD, HT, and EP (Large C&I class), a PJM Peak Load Contribution (PLC) shall be determined in accordance with PJM rules and used to calculate the NBT.
Customer’s PLC will be computed to the nearest kilowatt.

Буду очень благодарен за ответ!

If it's in Canada,

PD probably = Primary Distribution Power
HT probably = High Tension
EP possibly = Electric Propulsion
C&I = Commercial & Industrial
SL = Street Lighting
AL = Alley Lighting

Source: peco.com. They all appear to be electricity billing rates/tariffs. See source for further abbreviations.
