Roger: If you've been searching for 'up to date' online, don't forget that, strictly speaking, it should be spelt 'up-to-date' (with hyphens). So it may be worth searching for that version as well.

Насколько можно понять из предложенных аскером вариантов перевода, вопрос состоял в том, к чему относится enclosed - к MS Excel файлу (1-й вариант перевода) или к контракту (2-й вариант перевода).

enclosed относится к файлу. Но перевод надо поправить.
enclosed please find - к письму прилагается
up-to-date - обновленый, последний и т.п.

There's a comma missing after the '-1.11'. If the author had written it correctly, it would have made it unambiguous.
