Electrical insulated rubber gloves for voltages above 2500V, other than megger testing (See EWP-22)
Electrical rubber insulating gloves must be rated for the highest system voltage within the ESHD and must be used with the appropriate leather protectors.
It is permissible to use the Class 0 and the Class 00 rubber insulating glove without the leather protector only if high finger dexterity is needed for the handling of small parts and there is no potential for the small parts to puncture, cut, tear, or otherwise damage the rubber glove permitting the part to contact the employee's bare hand.
