Subject: по приборам было определено gen. Доброе всем утро!оригинал ---- 20.10.15г. в 00-47 произошло аварийное отключение вакуумных выключателей 10кВ (ВВ-10) ЭС-5 и ЭС-2, питающие скважины № xxx. По приборам дежурным персоналом ГПЭС было определено, что работала защита «Однофазное замыкание на землю» («ОЗЗ»). 20/10/15 at 00-47 10kV vacuum circuit breakers (ВВ-10) ЭС-5 and ЭС-2, which supply power to wells Nos. xxx, were tripped. The on-duty Power Center personnel determined from the instruments that the protection activated - single phase-to-earth fault. Прошу помочь с данным отрывком. все ли здесь верно? спасибо! |

Все верно. Кроме, which supply power to wells = включатели не питают. Они расцепляют. Питают гены. personnel determined from the instruments = On-duty Power Center operators read the instruments which demonstrated 'single line-to-ground fault' (SLGF) protectors had triggered. |

В 02-10 Бригада ОРП выехала с осмотром КЛ-ЭС-5. Осмотрены КТП 10/0,4кВ скважин xx, xx, замечаний не обнаружено. После отключения линейного разъединителя 10кВ на скв.27, отключив тем самым часть кабельной линии от скв. xx до скв.xx, в 04-15 линия 10кВ на скв.xx успешно включена. At 02-10 operating personnel went to the well site for inspection of КЛ-ЭС-5. They inspected 10/0.4 kV packaged TS of wells Nos. xxx – no deviations found. Once 10kV line disconnector on well-27 was disconnected, disconnecting by this cable line from well-xx to well-xx, we successfully connected 10kV line on wellxx at 04:15 am. а здесь будут комментарии? |

| At 2:10am servicemen team took site inspection visit at Cable line КЛ-ЭС-5. They inspected packaged (step-down) transformer substation 10 000V/400V of wells Nos 1 and 2. No faults. Once 10 000V line release switch got disconnected on site of well No 2 which de-energized the run of the cable line from well No 2 to well No 1, at 4:15am 10 000V line at well No 27 became on-line successfully. |

спасибо! Конструкция трансформатора напряжения такова, что сопротивление изоляции на нем измерить не представляется возможным – залит компаундом. Поэтому принято решение снять подобный трансформатор с находящейся в ремонте генераторной установки №4, установить взамен вышедшего из строя на 2-й СШ 10кВ, что и было выполнено. Due to the design of voltage transformer it is not possible to megger test it as it is covered with compound. Hence we made a decision to remove similar transformer from Generator No.4 which is under repair, and install instead of failed one on Generator No.2. здесь будут мысли? спасибо! |

Анализ остановов, последовательности их возникновения привел к выводу, что первоначально на генераторные установки было внешнее воздействие от отходящих линий 10кВ, предположительно от КТП-ЭС-5-25, куда на кабельный ввод 10кВ проникла крыса. Было кратковременное однофазное замыкание на землю (ОЗЗ). Защитами были отключены кабельные линии 10кВ ЭС-5 и ЭС-2. Одновременно с этим произошло повреждение обмотки трансформатора напряжения ТН-10 2-й СШ ф-«В». Это привело к выходу из синхронизма работающих Г-2 и Г-3 с последующих их полным остановом Analysis of shutdowns and their sequences showed that initially Generators were influenced by 10kV cable lines, supposedly from packaged transformer substation ЭС-5-25, where rat accessed 10kV cable gland, which caused 'single line-to-ground fault' (SLGF). The protectors trigged 10kV cable lines ЭС-5 and ЭС-2. Simultaneously transformer winding of the 2nd 10kV bus section of voltage transformer got damaged. This lead to 'Synchronization' failure of running Generators Nos. 2 and 3 and their consequent full shut down. прошу здесь глянуть. спасибо! |

| When we reviewed shutdowns, sequences of the same we drew our conclusion that initially 10 000V branch lines influenced on generator sets from outside, as it may be supposed, from packaged transformer substation КТП-ЭС-5-25 where the rat was found in its cable termination. It experienced a short 'single line-to-ground fault' (SLGF). The protectors tripped 10 000V cable lines, namely ЭС-5 & ЭС-2. At the same time, there came a damage to the winding of ТН-10 voltage transformer of the second СШ ф-«В» feeder. Thus, it resulted in locked Г-2 and Г-3 generators and subsequently the generators got completely shut down. |
